My dachshund certainly needs this. I will have to do what your mom did and wrap her in a blanket because she would lick it off in a second.
Reggie (my red) likes having his paw held when he falls asleep but hates it when it’s time to clip his nails!
Newton (my black/tan) likes having all four paws tickled while he rolls on his back, but doesn’t mind the nail clippers.

Love this idea for the dachsies! I have two and they must be leash walked and pottied anytime they are outside my home. Their little paws get so dry and rogh from the clay soil and cement here! Hope I get a chance to try this. I use my blue emu oil but its so thick it lets everything mat 🙁
My pup is actually okay with having her feet touched. She doesn’t like nail clipping, but even that isn’t too bad.
I dog likes it sometimes, but hates clipping and having them washed.
My Irish Terrier, Jane, tolerates it, but surely does not love it. With the muddy spring weather, we’ve had to work on cleaning them off every time she comes into the house 🙂
Bean loves her feet being touched. She particularly likes it when she has the space between her pads massaged!
