Disclosure: This post and giveaway is brought to you by the Dog Agility Shop. All opinions are my own and I only share products I think you and your dog will love!
Us dogs are powerful, muscled beasts (well when we’re in proper shape), and I’ve always been one to believe that the greatest service you can do for your dog is to help them keep in shape! As hard as it is to “feel the burn”, I’ve always believed that being the ideal weight will help keep us dogs from getting injuries, health problems, and even back issues (especially important for us dachshunds). Which is also why I’m so excited to tell you about a product to help keep your pup well muscled from my friends at the Dog Agility Shop.
Introducing the Wobble Board! The Wobble Board from the Dog Agility Shop is a 22″ wide board that sits about 3.5″ off the ground.
The attached wooden ball to the underside keeps the board “wobbly”. It’s even painted with silica (sand) on the surface for added traction.
The Wobble Board has lots of great benefits for your dog:
- Improves your dog’s reaction and control
- Improves balance
- Improves sensory & body awareness
- Helps strengthen the bond with your dog through interactive positive training
- Builds confidence in your dog or puppy
- Can be use to introduce your dog to contacts and dog agility equipment that will move
- Can be used to rehab after an injury (torn ACL, sprains, etc)
- Builds muscle and strength
With Trooper as my coach, mom used some yummy treats to lure me onto the Wobble Board.
Once I was confident enough to put all 4 paws on, she used the treat to lure me around on the board to get my core really working! But to really get the full effect of how the Wobble Board works, you’ll have to watch me in action…
I’ve actually been using the Wobble Board a couple time a week, and it’s going to be great in the winter months especially when it’s a little too cold to run around on the farm. I’ll use this to keep fit indoors!
You can fetch your own Wobble Board from the Dog Agility Shop in two fun colors, Purple or Blue for $49!
And now for the best part….

It says page could not be found 🙁 I didn’t even know you had posted about that
Michael loves to go to the doggie park and run around searching for bunnies and squirrels. This keeps his muscles strong 😉 he also loves to chase the ball but he won’t return it lol. Ammo we will love to add a wobble board to his routine to help him stay in shape! 😀
Cool
Probably walking or playing with other dogs, although he loves fetch and tug. But now that he’s older, he tires out a lot faster.
So so cute!…flex em baby
My dog’s favorite activity is agility, hands down. But they are also enjoying Barn Hunt and Nosework this year.
Emme and Jester love agility and playing in our fenced yard.
Bean and Yoda love going for walks. Bean enjoys catch but Yoda just watches 🙂
ELi loves to run around with other dogs!
My dog loves to run in the dog park and go hiking.
This would be great! I’m just starting to train my young dog for agility. Also, great for indoors fitness!
Haha, yes chasing bunnies that run though our yard! Thankfully they are faster
Dex prefers chasing chipmunk and squirrels while letting the rabbits eat the garden. I think he likes to exercise his vocal cords with barking at the trees. Long walks keep him out of trouble.
Hiya Ammo!!! You are rocking that Wobble Board, hehe!!! Misty and Rio get most of their exercise following me around the apartment during the day—in and out of rooms and up and down the stairs. We go to the dog park too and they run like crazy. This would be a great addition to their fitness. Thanks for having the giveaway. Have a great day, blessed be, hugs!!!

I could use the Wobble Board for my dogs!!
Awesome! We love using books to target our feet on but this wobble board would be a great ” step up “!
Poppy loves agility, but running on the beach is her favorite thing.
Entered! I love this
My dachshund loves the dog park for her exercise.
Long walks when the AZ weather cools off are perfect for my girls. They love to run at the park too. Lainey gets her exercise by swimming (daily if she could) and Phoebe chases her tennis ball for hours!! I think this wobble board is pretty cool and would love to try it out with my girls!!
My dogs love playing fetch the most for exercise 🙂
What a great idea for Dachshunds with back issues!!!
! what a great idea for dogs!
Could I borrow it when u r done, my core needs some serious attention!
Ammo you’re so amazing!!
My dog loves walks and plays frisbee in the yard.
I think it would be chasing a ball in the yard or a frisbee on the beach.
My Maxwell could sure use this!! He wants to looks as fit as Ammo!!
I would love to have this for Jasper
We’ve entered. We are keeping our paws crossed for the win!! 🙂
OMG NO, NOT for a dachshund. Watch that video slowly and see the action on the back. Think that Dachshunds are not supposed to climb and go down stairs. You see the exact same action going on there. I hope no one does this without the approval of a veterinarian that specializes in IVDD and dachshunds. One of mine just had a 6K surgery and all the heartbreak that goes with it. This is never going to be an exercise option for mine.
https://youdidwhatwithyourweiner.com/the-truth-about-dachshunds-and-back-problems/“IVDD is GENTIC. Yes, genetic. That means your dog was born with it and whether your dog has no symptoms, mild pain, or becomes paralyzed is largely out of your control. The good news is, you can stop feeling guilty that it was “something you did” if your dog starts having back problems.”
