I know you’re all on the edge of your seats waiting to see how my big kitchen renovation is going….I know I certainly am! Things are moving along at my house. Nothing fast. Nothing overnight. But thus is the reality when your parents DIY 80% of it! It’s a lot of waiting around (on my part at least), and watching crew come and go. I can see the end in sight though, and last week my new cabinets arrived, how exciting! I gotta give a big shout out to my new friend John who did an awesome job making sure my new dog food storage boxes were installed properly. Boy am I gonna be able to fit a ton of dog food in my new kitchen. And when this is all over…..I think I might need a vacation! Until then, enjoy this sneak peek into my life as kitchen renovation inspector! xoxo,
P.S. There may have been a few play time breaks thrown in there for good measure!
How was your weekend?
You’ve done a wonderful job with the new kitchen! It came out beautifully no doubt due to your excellent job of supervising.
Beautiful!
You did a great job Ammo! Supervising is a very important job!
Beautiful new kitchen! Yum, I can already smell all that wonderful dog food…
Awesome job supervising the remodeling, Ammo the Dachshund!
The white crown looks great against the light blue walls. Great choice Ammo. Keep up the good work. Let me know how the window trim comes out. It looks like it’s gonna be a bit tight in this picture.
Yes it might be. My dad has his work cut out for him. Still a lot of finishing details to work on!
What are you doing for counter tops Ammo? Some nice dark granite would sure set it off.
It is looking good.
Good job supervisor!
Ammo, u r doing a fantastic job overseeing this construction project-u raise your prices after this job!
Your new kitchen is so nice, Ammo! You have done a great job!!!
There’s nothing more efficient than Dachsund power! ⚡️
Good job Ammo!
Way to go little man! I’m thinking maybe you can one day do a variation of “Where’s Waldo?” How fun would that be? 🙂
Always the best helpers!!!
Nothing would get done without us dachshunds.
Oh it looks so good! And my husband is exactly the same way. I love it when he says on a Friday night, “let’s just be lazy tomorrow”. Because that lasts until about 9 am and then he’s out tinkering or overhauling and I have a smug laugh to myself. While at the same time being overwhelmingly thankful for a man that loves to work hard and keeps my to-do list at a constant nil.
