Just a few days before my sister was born I attended one last event with my mom and dad as an only “fur child”.
This was the first time I went to my town’s Music in the Park event, and boy was I in for a treat.
See all the children at the event seemed to know that I was going to be a big brother soon, so they took it upon themselves to break me in.
P.S. How cool is this kid’s “Indiana Jones*” outfit, now that would make a cool Halloween costume! *affiliate link
Sticky faces and lots of love, I was pretty sure I could totally get used to this.
One last photo with my mom and dad before we became a family of 4. I had no idea how much better it was going to get.
Then before I knew it, my sister was here – and guess what – I got to take her to music in the park a few days later!
Here’s a short video of me attending the event before she was born, and then again when she could enjoy it too!
I’m thinking I might need to teach my sister some of my sweet dance moves when she gets bigger. I didn’t want to show her up and break them out this time, but next time for sure!
Have you ever taken your dog to a music in the park event? Did they enjoy the music?
sister is sleeping nicely
Out with your best bud…what fun! And you are watching over her like such a good big brother. Mom and Dad must be so proud!
Pyper can really rock and roll there…go sister!
You are the best big brother ever!
Hey Ammo, I love “your” sense of humor and creative writing skills! XXX OOO
Such a nice blog post. Ammo, before you know it, you will feel like your sister has always been with you and you will not remember much about being an only furchild. You two really look great together. I am glad you like her and besides, she is as cute as you are too. 🙂
Looks like you guys had a great time!! Pictures are adorable, thank you for sharing! 🙂

It looks like not only ammo enjoy the music in that event but also his sister. You did a great job Ammo for taking care of your sister.
What a great big brother you are Ammo! I’m pretty sure your sister would love to dance with you when she’s grown up.
