It’s raining today. Sometimes I get cabin fever when it rains.
Usually when cabin fever hits I devise a plan to make mom pay attention to me.
Most of the time I start off with the obvious stuff to get attention, barking, pulling out all my toys, making a mess – those usually have some effect.
But, sometimes it’s necessary to pull out the big guns. Like cute faces.
Or the “please fix my ear” routine. But when all else fails I always have one trick up my sleeve that will always work to get the attention I deserve….
No one can resist the Please rub my belly routine.
Aww Ammo, I’d come to the shop & rub your belly if I could. Maybe if I stretch my arm really far I can… just… reach…
Ammo, you look like a little scoop of Mango Sorbet. I don’t mind telling you I could just eat you up!
Aww you look adorable! You’re right, all those poses work great!
Love,
Dachshund Nola
Yeah, it is raining in Georgia too. But one must do what one must do for the attention they deserve, right Ammo?
You are right Ammo. I can’t resist any of my Jasmine’s tricks either especially the belly rub position. ❤️
Ammo, I know exactly what you mean about cabin fever. I have a 9 year old dachshund who can be very persistent when she wants her belly rubbed or her neck or hiney scratched. And you doxies are too cute to resist.
