Have I told you about my R.L. (that’s “real life”) Dachshund friend Leo?
He lives down the street from mom’s shop and is a feisty 7 month old black and tan mini doxie dude! (Although I hear he won’t be a “real dude” for much longer – sorry pal).
Arguably Leo is a lot younger than me (I’ve got 3 years on him), so I’ve decided to teach him the ways of the World. Don’t tell him I said so – but his hunting skills need a lot of work!
I’ve got a lot of work ahead to make Leo into my sidekick.
But I’m pretty sure with an excellent teacher like me he’ll have to turn out Super Awesome.
Homework assignment #1 for Leo: Eat all of your veggies so that you can “leap tall buildings in a single bound” just like me!
Ammo, where are you and your R.L. friend Leo walking?
That is such a pretty place to get to walk and expore.
We’re walking on the Stuble Trail in Downingtown, PA – it’s pretty isn’t it? http://dsf.chesco.org/ccparks/cwp/view.asp?q=642050
Oh, I just came across your blog. I love it. Your dachshund is adorable!! I have a dachshund as well and he and his American Eskimo brother have a blog! They would love for Ammo to stop by!
A Dachshund & an Eskimo (hehe) now that’s a fun combination! Thanks for stopping by, I’m off to check out your blog!
Woops! Forgot to include the address! It’s http://www.rocketandbenny.com. Woof!
How is Leo now? Did his hunting skill improve? Did he eat his veggies? Has he surpassed Master Ammo? Intriguing.
Perhaps I will have to revisit his training now that he’s much older! He has improved, but I don’t think his hunting skills will ever surpass mine! (He hasn’t even tried to bring a rodent into the house yet!)
Awww Leo is super cute just like you! He’s lucky to have you to teach him the ways of the world ❤
Hi Leo!
Leo such a handsome man
