Yesterday mom and I snuck out a bit early from work and headed out to the farm. I love spending time on the farm, but because of my recent injury I can’t do all the fun stuff I normally enjoy. Sigh.
So instead of tagging along with Mom and Blitz and Boomer when they trailered out to ride in the Laurels Preserve I had to wait at the farm in the tack room until they came back.
Lucky for me my pal Trooper stayed to keep me company. He looks thrilled doesn’t he?
We ended up getting to play on the farm late into the wee hours of the night, which is always a treat.
So late in fact that when darkness settled around us we broke out our Glowdoggie LED Collars.
However, I was quite disappointed when mom told me that Trooper and I couldn’t play lightsabers on account of my boo boo. Sigh. How much longer do I have to sit on the bench?
We were so sorry to hear about your boo boo. Hope you are up and running again soon. We know how hard it is for you to stay cooped up.
What happened, Ammo? I must have missed that post. I hope it was nothing serious.
Oh don’t worry, this is a post from a few years ago. If you click on the link in the beginning of this post you can read about how I got a puncture wound when playing on the farm with Trooper. Not to worry though, I healed up fast and didn’t even need stitches!
Sounda like a fun day!
