The website, Born Pretty, recently launched a new line of pet products and asked if I would like to test some of them out.
I browsed through their online shop which had a lot of variety of items, most of which were at pretty reasonable prices – and they even offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! From winter coats, to light up collars, toys and more – I had a tough time deciding what to test out.
I finally landed on this treat launcher (which I’ve always wanted to try) and this interesting rubber egg dog toy.
The rubber egg didn’t come with any packaging and the online description wasn’t very informative other than to say that it was resistant to dog bites. Since I’m such a tough chewer mom decided not to let me play with the egg since she couldn’t determine if it might easily break apart or harm me if I swallowed any pieces.
That’s ok though, because the toy I really wanted to test out was the treat launcher! And after a quick wash (as suggested on the back of the package) I was ready to launch some treats!
I had a little trouble locating those flying cookies, but I’m sure with a bit more practice I will totally get the hang of it!
The launcher works a bit easier if you don’t over-fill it with treats, but regardless it was still fun to play with. How can you not like a toy that shoots cookies into the air?

My Geno is a Boston Terrier. He will catch treats or any type of food even if you threw it as far as you could but he won’t catch a ball or toy….he won’t even move. HA!
My spaniel mix, Kandy, is always up for a game of catch a treat but only catches it occasionally. It’s so funny to watch her try though 🙂 My doxie mix, Diamond, will catch a toy in the air but needs practice with treats 🙂
My dachshund mix is EXTREMELY good at catching at flying (or falling) cookies!
