Disclaimer: This product review & giveaway is sponsored by Bugsy’s Box.
A couple months ago I received a package in the mail from the monthly subscription service Bugsy’s Box to test out.
Like most subscription services you can choose a box for the size dog you have and each month Bugsy’s Box will mail you a package of goodies to your doorstep.
Each monthly box is filled with 5 to 7 items which are a variety of high quality, hand picked, well reviewed dog treats, toys, care items, healthy supplements, accessories and more surprises such as coupons which are often included as a bonus.
Mine was packed with 7 delightful goodies, lets take a look at what I got….
Barkworthies BullyStick – Dynamo Dog Treats – Puppy Puck Toy – Merrick Cowboy Cookout
VetraCare Liquid Bandage – VetraCare Ear Wipes – Healthy Dogma Treats – Pupato Chips
Mom thought it was neat that the box came with some veterinary care items, as it’s always nice to have things like that on hand just incase of an emergency. (Paws crossed we never actually need to use it though). Some of the products I had come across before, while others were new to me, but all of them seemed to be healthy and appropriate items for me. All of the items are also made in the USA or Canada.
Of course I wasted no time in digging into a few of my favorites! Yum!
And now for the best part….

Don’t forget today is the last day to enter my Clear Conscience Treat Giveaway!
OF COURSE!!! We have an actual pet first aid kit, and I know a lot of “home” remedies for things that work too. I don’t twitter, so unfortunately I couldn’t qualify for all the entries, but love your blog!!!
looks like a nice box for the $
We don’t have a pet first aide kit at home for Rex, but it’s probably something I should look into since he’s so accident prone!
We don’t have a particular kit for our dogs. We have a lot of items that our vet has approved that are people products that can also be used on our dogs. Sharing is caring right? 🙂
I’d love to try a Bugsy box…looks like you get so much good stuffs! Looks like you went for the Barkworthies first? I would have, too!
I don’t keep a first aid kit specifically for my dog – but it’s not a bad idea
We are crossing our paws!
I don’t have a first aid kit, but I want/need to make one up soon 🙂
Yes,I do have one but it is a complete mess right now.I’m not so good at putting things back when I use them. My boston boy is always hurting himself. He gets it from me…both of us could trip on air and get a bruise or cut.THANKS!
I keep some Dog Aspirin, Benadryl, Corona Antiseptic Ointment gauze and Vetwrap in a small kit that we take along when we travel with our dog.
I do keep a kit! With Benadryl, gauze, ear powder, nail clippers, etc. 🙂 Your dog is precious!!! Looks like a great box. Been shopping around for one, thanks for posting this.
I don’t keep a kit for my guy but I really need to put one together just in case! Fortunately he hasn’t needed much in the way of first aid.
At home I just use our regular first aid supplies for the humans AND dogs, but I do have a first aid kit that goes in the dog show/training bag so it’s with us at all times when we’re at a show or training site.
