If you’re unfamiliar with de-hydrated dog food, it is essentially raw foods that have been dehydrated to lock in the nutrients. It’s less processed than dry food, and typically needs water to “plump up”.

A Dog’s First Day of School

Rumor has it the first day of school is just around the corner.

Since I’ve never been to school (well technically I did visit a couple of elementary schools, one time my pony came too!), I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

So I put on my bestest school outfit and my reading glasses. Packed my lunch and filled my backpack with all my important school supplies (like cookies and toys).

Since I’ve never ridden the school bus before (aside from that time I went to the goat races, oh yea and the Fair Hill International Event), I decided to park myself outside my house and wait for it to come pick me up for my very first day.

All that waiting for the school bus was starting to make me hungry, and my lunch was starting to look pretty darn good.

And you know what, waiting for the school bus isn’t all that interesting. In fact, it’s kinda boring.

After I waited for about an hour, mom reminded me that school didn’t actually start until NEXT WEEK, and I still had an entire weekend of SUMMER BREAK!

Weekend Update – Big Kitchen Renovation

I know you’re all on the edge of your seats waiting to see how my big kitchen renovation is going….I know I certainly am! Things are moving along at my house. Nothing fast. Nothing overnight. But thus is the reality when your parents DIY 80% of it! It’s a lot of waiting around (on my part at least), and watching crew come and go. I can see the end in sight though, and last week my new cabinets arrived, how exciting! I gotta give a big shout out to my new friend John who did an awesome job making sure my new dog food storage boxes were installed properly. Boy am I gonna be able to fit a ton of dog food in my new kitchen. And when this is all over…..I think I might need a vacation!
