It’s everyone’s favorite time of the month….time for me to sleep my way through this blog post! Here’s where I’ve been laying my head this past month….
Which spot would you be sleeping in if you were me?
Seeing as how Halloween is just a few short days away, I couldn’t help but come up with some funny spooky inspired memes!
So if you need a little laugh today, or your friend needs a laugh, or everyone you know needs a laugh….then pass these around to everyone you know!
Good for a fun chuckle, right?
Tomorrow is the day that I officially share my 2015 Halloween costume! I bet you can hardly wait! So stick around for even more spooky fun, and Happy Halloweenie!
So you might have already caught a sneak peek at my new pal, Mr. Bones, a few weeks ago when he helped out with my Martha Stewart Pets photoshoot.
Well, he actually came home to live with me in the very beginning of October. Mom says he’s from an “adoption place” called Target.
While I’m not quite sure how I feel about sharing my home and toys with another dog, the good news is he doesn’t eat very much!
And just for kicks, here’s what happened when I first met Mr. Bones….
Did you catch that little “jab” I gave him. I had to give him a big ole’ bite in the spine…you know, just so he remembers who’s in charge.
Want to see more Mr. Bones fun? You can follow the #skeletondachshund hashtag on Instagram to see all the fun the other Dachshunds out there are having with their Mr. Bones clones.
If you’re owned by a dachshund then you know exactly what the term “selective listening” is. And incase you’re unfamiliar, here’s a fun video of my selective listening skills in action…
What can I say, if you want me to do something it better be worth my while!
Does your dog have selective listening skills too?
I bet you never knew napping could be so interesting? Well when you’re a dog and you nap 90% of your life, you tend to get a little creative. Here’s where I’ve been napping over the past month…
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to go take a nap!
Just when you might have thought things were getting “easy” for us Dachshunds, I’ve got a whole bunch of new Dachshund Life Struggles to share with you! No one ever said being a wiener dog was easy…
In case you missed any struggles, be sure to check them all out on my blog. You can keep following along with me on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to see more #dachshundlifestruggle and if you’ve got a struggle to add be sure to let me know!
P.S. Don’t forget to share my struggles with all your friends…..we have to spread the word about how hard it is to be a dachshund these days!
Don’t lie, we all know this is exactly what you’re doing today! Nothing wrong with that (I’m doing it too….although maybe not the beach part, but I sure wish I was). But I never forget to celebrate the Independence of the good old US of A too!
I’m Team America all the way! Happy Independence Day! xoxo,
Sometimes when you’re a dog you just feel like you’re not being heard. Maybe it’s because humans and dogs don’t always speak the same language, and maybe it’s because they just CHOOSE not to listen to what we’re saying. Regardless, every once in a while I need to make a little noise about it….
So next time your dog “yells” at you, you better pay attention, because we have LOTS TO SAY!
Does your dog bark/yell at you too? What do you think he’s trying to say?
