Today on Veterans Day I wanted to take the time to thank all of those who have and continue to be in service to our country. They are the true heroes.
And to all those veteran dogs out there, thank you for your service as well!
I sleep a little sounder at night thinking of all the fine men, women, and dogs out there who have protected us over the years.
From the bottom of my heart, Thank You.

Today marks the official start of the FIFA World Cup, and if you haven’t guessed already I’m a huge soccer (football to many of you) fan just like my dad.
It’s also probably quite obvious that I’m rooting for team USA….after all I am an American.
But you know, if they allowed dogs to tryout for the team I probably would be their star player right now (well and if they made soccer cleats in puppy sizes). Even better than Clint Dempsey!
Not only would I look great in the USA uniform, but I’m also quite exceptional with the soccer ball.
Dribbling and passing, even goal scoring – I can do it all!
I’ve even mastered my GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAL yell! And after all, that’s the most important part when it comes to soccer!

So hopefully without my awesome soccer skills USA can still take home the World Cup title, although it would of been a heck of a lot easier with me on the team!
Which team are you rooting for this year?Â
Today I’m holding my flag high and celebrating the day of freedom for my home country, the good old US of A!
I’m proud to live in a country that gives me the freedom to be my greatest dog-gone self!
So Happy Fourth of July everyone! Enjoy your backyard cookouts, parades, and fireworks and remember to celebrate being free!Â
On this Memorial Day I am remembering the fallen soldiers who have fought for my country. Thanks to those who have given their lives to protect us, and not to forget the many four-legged soldiers as well.
Thank you for keeping us safe.

It’s Turkey Day here in the states! And you know what that means….Turkey!
Last week I asked my Facebook fans what I should wear for my Thanksgiving Day feast, and I got some great suggestions. I figured it was a pretty safe bet that my bow tie would be a Turkey-Day hit.
It’s dressy, but not too dressy that I can’t still run around outside and wrestle with my bestest buddy Trooper.
But I just know as we approach “meal time” that my Turkey-Day bow tie just won’t cut it.
Which is exactly why I packed my stretchy pants this year!
With all those goodies around today I’m extra glad I’ll have a bit more room around the waist.
I’m one smart cookie!
So before I scamper off to have some fun with my family I wanted to say…… I’m thankful for each and every one of you! Knowing that I can brighten your day with my adventures is seriously they highlight of my day. Thanks for taking the time to read, leave me comments, and generally just give a dog the warm fuzzies inside.
So Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
